Cancellation & refunds
These terms describe the early-access offer we are preparing. Checkout is not open, and joining the interest list does not create a purchase.
Before access begins
If you cancel before we provide access, we will refund your full upfront payment and stop future subscription charges. For the early-access offer, the first-month payment is $74.50.
Our October 1 guarantee
If we do not provide access by October 1, 2026, you are entitled to a full refund of your upfront payment. This guarantee applies to paid early-access customers; no payment is taken when joining the interest list.
After access begins
You may cancel anytime to stop future payments. Your access continues through the end of the service month you have paid for. We do not ordinarily provide prorated refunds for unused days in a month that has already started, except where required by law or where we charged you incorrectly.
Refund limits
A refund under this policy cannot exceed the amount actually paid for the payment being refunded, including any tax collected on that payment, less amounts already refunded or returned for that same payment. The early-access refund is based on the discounted amount you paid, not the $149 standard price. No additional credit or compensation is promised under this policy. We do not deduct our payment-processing fees from a promised full refund. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
How to cancel or request a refund
Email cnealblack@gmail.com with your signup email, company name, and payment reference if available. Do not send card numbers or bank details. We will confirm cancellation and any refund by email. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. If a refund cannot be delivered that way, we will contact you to resolve it.
We will display the final terms before payment opens. The payment and refund systems are not active yet.
